In broker mode:
When the DICOMweb frontend is queried with pagination, forward the C-FIND and cache the data temporarily (TBD: how long?).

In archive mode:
Implement pagination.

To be considered: use a common interface, so that the frontend is not aware of any backend-specific implementation.
