Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The file system backend got an update mechanism for the tree view, once new data arrived.
Apply the same concept for the FHIR backend, based on FHIR subscriptions: when a new update arrives, add the data to the tree.
In the tree, new additions shall be marked by a small green dot next to the patient name. When clicking on the dot, a summary of what is new is shown.
